Edgar’s story is the case study. It changes what people believe is possible for themselves.

Edgar has the credentials. The certifications. The frameworks. But what sets him apart isn't what he studied, it's what he lived.

He didn't study the frontline. He worked it. He didn't read about culture transformation. He drove it. He didn't theorize about what it takes to build something from nothing. He did it, starting from a small town in Mexico, working through the cold nights, the long hours, and the uncertainty, all the way to owning a highly successful company in the United States.

Edgar was five years old the first time he almost died. Growing up in Mexico, life was defined by scarcity, uncertainty, and a mother who worked harder than anyone he had ever known. When he eventually made the journey to the United States, he didn't arrive to opportunity. He arrived to survival, long hours, cold nights, sending money home from a country that didn't yet feel like his. He didn't have much, but he did have determination.

Edgar believes he had something else, too: a God who never let go of him. Looking back, Edgar doesn't see a string of lucky breaks. He sees a path he didn't build alone, one he believes was guided long before he understood where it was headed.

Edgar started in lawn care, at the entry level, where a lot of people start. He didn't stay there long. He had a devoted work ethic and an internal belief that there just had to be more. His path took him from frontline worker to General Manager to COO, where he doubled a company's revenue from $4M to $8M and increased profitability by 15-20%. Those results gave him the knowledge, the confidence, and the credibility to launch his own highly successful landscape company, HE Companies, where he continues to prove that everything he teaches, he has already lived.

Edgar does not share his story for applause. He shares it because it is the proof of concept behind everything he teaches. When others hear his journey, his experience, his success, his struggles, his triumphs, his belief that anyone has the potential to grow and build, something shifts. That shift is The Larios Effect, and Edgar will tell you plainly: God carried him here, and God gets the credit
